What you'll need:
- clear glass vases/candle holders
- rubber bands
- frosted spray paint
I actually found these at Target for around $2 a piece.
Place your rubber bands around the vases in what every pattern (or non-pattern) you like. Then spray paint with the frosted paint...best to do this outside!
Once dried (I let them sit for about 2 days after painting...mainly because I was busy with other stuff), remove the rubber bands. Then put some really good smelling candles inside them and there you go..
They look great lit, don't they!
